Ten Stages from Application to Return Home

A legal, transparent process guided by our team from your first application to the day you fly — with no fees at any point.

What Happens at Each Stage

01
Application Submission
Candidates submit their CV and supporting documents through the designated application channel for initial review.

Document Pre-Screening
Submitted documents are reviewed against the position requirements, including experience, qualifications, certifications, and language proficiency.

Agency Interview
The Las Olas recruiter assesses the candidate’s competencies, experience, motivation, and readiness to ensure alignment with the position and principal requirements.

Principal Interview
Shortlisted candidates proceed to an interview with the principal or hiring team for further evaluation of their technical competencies and suitability for the position.

Medical Check-Up
Candidates undergo a medical examination at a partner clinic to meet the health and medical requirements set by the principal and applicable industry standards.

Document Processing
We coordinate the processing and verification of passports, visas, seaman’s books, safety training certificates, and other required departure documents.

Pre-Departure Briefing
Candidates receive a comprehensive briefing covering their employment contract, workplace culture, rights and obligations, and departure arrangements.

Placement & Employment
Candidates are officially deployed to their assigned workplace and begin their employment.

Placement Monitoring
We maintain communication with placed candidates and principals throughout the employment period, providing support and follow-up when needed.

Contract Completion & Repatriation
Upon completion of the employment contract, we support the repatriation process and coordinate the candidate’s return to Indonesia.

Basic Requirements

Age & Education
Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality, culinary, or maritime graduates are preferred.
English Ability
English proficiency at approximately B1 level, sufficient for interviews and everyday workplace communication.
Health Condition
Physically and mentally fit, and medically fit to meet the health requirements of the position and destination country.
Core Documents
National ID (KTP), Family Card (KK), highest educational certificate, valid passport, and relevant skill certificates, where applicable.
